The church outing at Heaton Park in September enjoyed “mixed” weather but was nevertheless enjoyable followed by a great tea at the Budgells.

Worldly people will always be puzzled by people who live by faith.  How bewildered the people of Noah’s day must have been as they watched him build the ark!

In a time of utter godlessness and moral collapse, Enoch walked with God.  That takes real faith!

Next month, the folk in Charlesworth are hosting a one-off and perhaps unique event called “Roots that Refresh”. It’s a four-day study-course in church history.  Our history.  The history of churches like ours: Calvinistic – or Particular – Baptist Churches.
